INTRODUCTION 課程介紹

Om Factory School of Yoga Vinyasa流動瑜珈師資培訓是一個完整200小時的綜合計劃。為那些有意深度學習並實踐瑜伽、充實專業知識的瑜伽練習者,以及有志讓瑜伽更貼近生活的教學者,使用更專業與系統化的知識與實務練習,加深自己的練習與信心,真實地將瑜伽融入生活與教學,做一個自由且充滿喜悅的瑜伽人。

 

師資課程包含與強調扎實的專業知識學習基礎解剖學以及人體運動學,了解身體構造肌肉走向動作方向的引導。專業的培訓課程為學生提供創造性的探索和自我實踐的空間。我們的使命是引導學生更深入地了解自己的練習與實踐,同時提供系統化的教學工具和經驗的指導與分享,開發和引導他們作為或成為一位老師獨特的聲音與面貌。在一個溫暖與滋養的親密環境中,整個培訓將使學生充滿能量且擁有豐富的瑜珈知識,培養能帶領他人練習的專業能力

,最重要的是鼓勵學生發現與創造屬於自己生命的練習之路

 

2019 年我們的瑜伽200小時國際師資培訓,將由紐約Om Factory School的瑜珈導師 PATRICIA PINTO 親自帶領。從2020年5月5日開始的22(每週六休息一天),培訓內容包括VinyasaPowerIyengarRestorative不同風格的哈達瑜伽,教授融合各個派別與風格的課程以體位法技巧,繼瑜珈在西方的演變後,展現出瑜珈真正活在當下的精神意涵。

 

本師資培訓課程是深度、扎實且實用的認證課程。成功完成所有培訓課程,並通過測驗合格後,學生將被認證為200小時合格流動瑜珈教師,並有資格獲得美國瑜伽聯盟RYT-200註冊。

(美國瑜珈聯盟Yoga Alliance創辦於1999年,聯盟的宗旨是為了提供瑜珈老師及師資培訓一個世界級公認的專業平台,目前是世界規模最大的瑜珈聯盟。)     

 

OM Factory School of Yoga Vinyasa Teacher Training is a 200-hour comprehensive program designed for serious yoga practitioners interested in deepening their practice, as well as for aspiring teachers who want to live and teach authentically with a tool-kit to approach teaching with confidence.

 

With a strong focus on anatomy and embodied alignment, our program provides students with room for creative exploration and self discovery. Our mission is to guide students on an adventure deeper into their own practice, while providing teaching tools and experience to develop and tap into their unique voice as a teacher. In a nourishing and intimate environment, this training will encourage students to discover their own path and empower others.

 

Om Factory School of Yoga’s  2019 Teacher Training will be led by Patricia. Conveniently offered 22 days beginning on May 5, 2020, it features diverse styles of Hatha Yoga including Vinyasa, Power, Iyengar and Restorative, and teaches a fusion of styles and movement techniques that continue to pave the way in the evolution of Western Yoga.

 

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be certified as 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teachers and are eligible for Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.

1.       Physiological, psychological and spiritual aspects of asana, pranayama, and meditation.

2.       Anatomy and physiology including both the physical body and subtle energy body

3.       Teaching methodology including embodied alignment, hands-on adjustments and sequencing step-by-step techniques for guiding your students with precision and compassion

4.       Looking at bodies: observation, verbal and physical adjustments

5.       Teaching exercises and drills with personalized critiques

6.       Practice teaching sessions, observing and assisting classes, the art of storytelling and dharma talks

7.       History and philosophy of yoga including various branches and styles

8.       Opportunity to teach Community Classes with guidance from a mentor*

Lead instructors 帶領者

PATRICIA PINTO

Patricia has been teaching yoga fulltime since 2008. Her classes incorporate creative sequences, strengthening movement, Kundalini kriyas, great music and meditation. She has over 1200 hours of training in yoga, and is also a certified Pilates instructor. She has developed Yoga Core  and currently teaches it at numerous studios in NYC. She is the Co-founder of the Lila Yoga Teacher Training and the founder of Love Surf Yoga, a retreat company that curates surf, yoga, and meditation retreats around the world. Patricia currently lives in Bedstuy, Brooklyn and is originally from Caracas, Venezuela.

Patricia從2008年開始就是全職瑜珈老師,至今教學已有10年以上。她的課程內容充滿創意,

不僅累積高達1200小時的瑜珈訓練,同時也是名皮拉提斯老師。她發展出核心瑜珈課程,並在

紐約多間教室任教。除此之外,Patricia還是Lila Yoga瑜珈師資培訓的共同創辦人,並創立專門

策劃衝浪、瑜珈、冥想等放鬆之旅的Love Surf Yoga公司。
